Pros

Met some great coworkers, developed people skills. Flexible hours and paid time off (thank you union). Good job for working your way through high school/college.

Cons

Dealing with customers and management could be stressful, stores were almost always understaffed. Management tended to be pretty obtuse. Pay is low for the amount of work you are expected to do.

Decent pay and affordable medical....decent amount of vacation time. also free dental insurance for full time workers...it's not a bad job

Cons

Evening shifts weekend shifts holidays...the typical retail stress....plus the part time employees aren't always great considering burger King pays more...not many advancement opportunities
