Pros

It was great because it was down the street from my high school, so I was able to go make some money after school ended on the weekdays.

Cons

You can't sit down for long periods of time, and sometimes management seems pretty distant. Time and a half pay on Sunday was a godsend.

Pros

Coworkers are very knowledgeable of their own departments, respectful, and very helpful. Job policies, procedures, and expectations are clear and efficiently communicated to employees. Environment is safe, welcoming, and supportive.

Cons

Employee discount has decreased over the years. The financial state of the company over the past few years has prevented raises, upward mobility, and transfers for employees who relocate. Layoffs have left some stores short staffed and although employees are getting more hours, scheduling is less flexible. Customer complaints about pricing and questioning company's longevity make customer interactions sometimes unpleasant.

I had several bosses which is always quite a tiresome situation (see: Office Space) I felt they constantly degraded by those bosses and as a result assumed a kind of depressed state while at work
