I had several bosses which is always quite a tiresome situation (see: Office Space) I felt they constantly degraded by those bosses and as a result assumed a kind of depressed state while at work

I have a set schedule that I got to choose around my class schedule. This makes it very predictable so I can plan around it, a monkey could do the job its easy

Cons

Repetitive, dealing with customers who are rude, extra work without extra pay, highly gossipy culture where everyone talks about everyone else behind their back (best to just keep your mouth shut)

The pay was good compared to other grocery stores in the area. Were fairly flexible with hours. Got to work with others your age

Management was somewhat poor. Didn't have much say in what went on, which is to be expected by this job.
