It can be tough to get as many hours as you'd like depending on the store's location and depending which department you work for.

*They'll write up others without warning and don't tell them what they did wrong. No room for personal growth or lessons learned within the company *Some managers and supervisors are two-faced hypocrites and will treat select employees like dirt regardless of the work they do. They like playing favorites and let others get away with anything. This creates a hostile and unsafe environment that depersonalizes some employees and goes against the supposed "image" of the store. * Incompetent employees (Like some teens) who get away with anything cuz they're part of some clique. *Hours given are ridiculous. Even if you're taking classes half-way across the state they expect you to leave class early and rush into work. This threatens the particular life balance.
