      Pros

      Great Benefits, including insurance and pay. Great people inside the store. Mostly understanding management personel who would work with you when needed.

      Cons

      Company layed off and demoted a number of people a year before I left, and that left a bitter taste in my mouth. Instead of doing layoffs based on performance, they were done based on who was with the company by store. It should have been either by senority by market area or performance based layoffs. Doing it the way they did really lowered morale throughout the company.

      Pros

      Start off with decent pay 25 cent raise every year co-workers can be nice depending on the location of the store, it can be very convenient

      Cons

      the hours the management can be VERY judgmental holidays/hurricanes/snow storms are always busy they want everything to be perfect lack of communication
