Less tight deadlines and pressure. Great co-workers. Laid back working environment. Flexible work environment. Easy commute if you live in South Shore.

Cons

Pay range is lower compared to others. Opportunities of advancement are less. I don't think there are lot of other cons to work at Shaw's

Obscenely awful management, the rewards cards are a joke, the customer base of Shaw's is mostly upper class snobby rude people, Everyone gets punished for one person's mistake, Boring.
