      Pros

      Sad, but this company has some good people working for it, sad because management thinks its the military, sorry this is the public sector, a pat on the back and a thankyou go along way, a smile, talk to your people, treat them with respect !!!

      Cons

      This company is not honest with how they treat everyone, they have their pets, kinda like school, and everyone else doesnt count, like school if you dont fit in you dont do well !!!

      Pros

      Great co workers in grocery dept.. formed some good friendships... good time off... had great grocery mgrs

      Cons

      Lack of training... favoritism... I should have won associate of the year.. but was beat out by a woman that did absolutely nothing all day... literally Sat in the store managers office all day talking... managers favored girls waay to much. Not much room for advancement... I worked there from 2003 - 2009... full time... was a great place to work... but became a sinking ship...

      Convenient yet soul-sucking

      Pros

      The management allows you to take long breaks for school and return to work at your convenience with a few weeks' notice. It has been a great job for me to use to work through college.

      Cons

      Poor management. Front end managers are simply grandfathered in because they have worked there for so long and they are not trained to manage. End result is chaos and unnecessary anxiety.
