This company is only focused on numbers and not on their people who make the company successful. Regularly it is thrown in dept level and store manager positions that we get paid too much money. In return since we make too much money we should work ridiculous hours and no time for your family. The money is not worth it.

leadership is terrible, programs and everyday workloads unachievable ...........corporate and stores are not on the same page...very frustrating ......needless mistakes constantly by retail admin. countless price changes dumped on stores at unbelievable amounts ...again unachievable ....etc.....etc ... ohh and training.....is pretty much non existant....thrown to the lions ...pretty much ....in a pinch when business gets busy and the workforce cant handle it because of not enough bodies to get the job done... corporate management says .. cancel vacations ...days off...etc....call them back .
