Company is the best, I love how the moral and comradery with the team is so positive and upper management strives to help the team out and be the best! Mr sheehy cares about his employees and it just trickles down to everyone below as he sets an example and teaches us to follow in his footsteps. All benefits are a huge plus and matching 401k .

Nothing negative, the company is awesome and blessed to be a part of something great!

This company is unlike any dealership you have worked for. They go above and beyond to make sure not only the customers are happy; but that each employee knows how much they are valued and appreciated. There is a real work/life balance priority with Sheehy!

Advancement from within, Mentorship Opportunities, Training and Development is a large focus for all employees. Sheehy really values their customers and employees taking the time to create a positive work environment where members work together to a common goal. Sheehy is also heavily involved/engaged with the communities surrounding their locations making a positive impact!

Cons

I have no Cons for working within Sheehy. Every time my team/ employee has run into an issue the team leaders/management have been quick to come up with workarounds/solutions and produced results/action plans.
