they tend to pile on extra duties without fair compensation whiny sales reps high turnover no room for growth for any inside employees(company is too small)...be happy if you get to keep your current position

Pros

You have 50+ respectful franchisees to work with. The home office is being refrefurbished, but that's where it ends.

Cons

CEO sounds bright, but that's about it. Lack of focus, lack of direction, and lack of leadership. Don't expect the CEO or any of his executive team to take accountability for anything. In fact, he'll blame you for it. If you can find a way to get through it, you might not get fired or let go (his favorite game to play). They value the business, and not the people that support it. That's the culture. He may be trying to turn over the reigns which might be good for those left behind...but those individuals might be unhappy due to all the damage this guy is doing. Time will tell.

Pros

The co-workers are great people. Fun to work with and very supportive of each other....most of the time.

Cons

Management likes to fire people on a regular basis. No room for errors. Especially if your expendable to the company. If your not in the top 3 positions your job can be forfeit at anytime with no warning at all.
