Shifting priorities too frequently. Pace of growth is unrealistic at times.

Pros

Great opportunity to make very good money, quality product, quality corporate and my franchise owner is fabulous.

Cons

Corporate needs to bring a team of experts to evaluate their website. They need to boost the 'value' of what we sell over the competition, and that shouldn't be too difficult because it really is a superior product. The biggest obstacle to sales is the client not understanding this value, thus the price. Typically, they feel we should be able to complete work for about 1/3 the cost... I've done some comparisons and we're priced right, offering 3 year to lifetime warranties on not only materials but labor as well.

Pros

Great franchisees. Cool business idea. There are a few people at the home office that are also good to work with.

Cons

If you expect anyone in management to be accountable for anything, this isn't your place. CEO appears to have issues staying the course and seems to get a kick out of making people feel uncomfortable and insecure about their job. Also, well spoken...but lots of talk with no direction or leadership. His right hand, when you see her, always looks bothered to be around anyone lower than management (the facial expressions and eye rolls are clear and offensive). Definitely apparent that people are numbers, not resources. .
