      Pros

      Everyone is great to work with, very nice and helpful in all aspects. Incredibly welcoming. They have a cafeteria with cheap, delicious food. There are a plethora of benefits with working here. Fun events like bringing in a local band to play in Shelter Gardens with the humane society bringing in puppies to play with.

      Cons

      Nothing much I can really think of. I'd be more comfortable not doing business casual 4 days a week.

      - Start with a Book of Business. The company sets you up to succeed by providing training, a subsidy, and in most cases you take over a client base. - You are able to make decisions as you'd like to grow your business. You are the agency owner. - Company of Integrity

      Cons

      - File as a 1099 - It can be a pro, but you do everything, from marketing to selling and servicing.
