Pros
Great incentives, great training, and great people! you make great friendships and great business relationships. it gives you a chance to make your name big and work hard for your clients. You don't have to be in your office all hours because you can get out and talk to other businesses, volunteer, and take pictures of homes you write which is nice to take a break and get some air.
Cons
not a lot of support from home office. takes a while to get a hold of PC underwriting to get something going. you always want to print everything and keep things on record because things get lost in home office it can cost you a lot. Feels as though it's pay the big guy or get out. Although, if you are good and have a big name, making it in this company won't be a problem. Time off is not easy when your clients need you all day every day in case something happens.
