      Pros

      401(K) with exception profit sharing and a pension program. From what I can tell the work load is manageable.

      Cons

      The pay is often 10-15% lower than competitors starting salary for the same position. You get 10 days vacation until you hit 5yrs with the company at that point they provide an additional 5 days.

      Provides a quality workplace for employees and tries to help and be involved with the community. Good people to work with.
