      Many employees have been there 30+ years.

      Cons

      No career track unless you are in IT. Once you are in a position its hard to get ahead unless you transfer departments, or become management.

      It's very financially secure and they take good emphasis on job training. The benefits are definitely above average and it's a somewhat relaxed culture.

      Cons

      It's not incredibly exciting or innovative. Culture is very conservative and the workplace environment can be kind of dull sometimes.
