Some of the front-line people are fantastic

Cons

The company has turned into a toxic, fear-driven place. A couple of execs protect their teams and friends, and build their power base. Constant missteps by leaders and lack of performance, with no accountability. Everyone else suffers. No empowerment of front-line people.

I can't think of literally anything

Work tends to be extended, often facing challenges due to scope misalignment. Much of the work feels unmeaningful and offers little opportunity for career growth. The actual job content differs significantly from the expectations set during the interview. Additionally, delays from the client side often result in low billable hours, leading to significant pressure despite it not being your fault.
