      A Complete Waste of Time and Energy

      Pros

      Absolutely none. My experience here was deeply disappointing, and I would warn anyone to stay far away.

      Cons

      - Leadership is greedy and openly biased, crushing morale and fairness. - Unreasonable expectations are piled on constantly, leaving employees drained and defeated. - Hard work goes unrewarded, while a select few incompetent people advance only through favoritism and connections. - The environment is toxic and exploitative, making every day feel like a trap rather than a career. - Working here will drain your energy, crush your spirit, and waste your time.

      Corrupt Favoritism and a Toxic, Hostile Environment

      Pros

      If you are fine with doing all the hard work while someone else basks in the glory, this place is for you. Otherwise, avoid it completely.

      Cons

      The work environment is poisonous and demoralizing. Leadership is unethical, ruthless, and completely out of touch. Favoritism is rampant, rewarding certain people while ignoring the real contributors.

      This company is the definition of instability

      Pros

      You might pick up skills through sheer survival, and some coworkers genuinely try to make the best of it.

      Cons

      This company is the definition of instability. Since the current CEO took over, things have spiraled downhill. She surrounds herself with friends, not qualified leaders, which has left the organization rudderless and full of favoritism. Layoffs have become a regular occurrence, morale is shot, and the atmosphere is one of constant fear and frustration. There's no real path for growth; employees are shifted into roles they never wanted just to plug gaps, while unlimited vacation is little more than a grey-area policy designed to sound generous but only creates confusion. Upper management hides behind buzzwords while offering no honesty or direction, and employees are left overworked, under-supported, and burned out.
