Pros

The company culture here is amazing. They truly care about their employees and want everyone to succeed AND have a work/life balance.

Cons

The office is located in Bee Caves, Texas. This is a good location (lots of lunch options around), but it is a ways outside of Austin proper, which can make for a killer commute.

Pros

The company atmosphere is great. I didn't work there long because the commute ended up being too much for me, but the pay was great, benefits were great (Need a day off? No guilt!) and most importantly, the people were great. If you're in the Bee Cave/Lakeway area, definitely try to work here!

Cons

I'd just moved to TX when I got hired and didn't realize that it was in such a freeway-isolated part of Austin. The commute ended up being too much for me, but it's location is the only real con.
