This company has it all. They are growing like crazy, offer rewarding work, treat employees like family, unbelievable perks. It seems so simple, but this group of leaders treat everyone with the utmost respect starting with the interview process. Folks return emails, do exactly what they say they are going to do, show up, listen, are timely and relatable. Everyone I have met so far have wonderful personalities. Leadership supports us and provides a clear, defined, organized path forward for all. This company is the real deal and their quality of work for clients backs it up!

Cons

I can't even dream one up. I wish I would've joined the team sooner.

Not what it used to be

Pros

The family aspect was great to me in the beginning. People came together to get the work done and learn more. Everyone wanted to lift others up.

Cons

The allowance of clients to become increasing toxic and the loss of core values. In my last years at TLI, it was no longer a family and there was more value placed on making money than on the people doing the work. Concerns with overwork and burnout were ignored, goals and directions were set then ignored, and the workers in technology are no longer valued.
