      Pros

      If you are lucky enough to get in, know you are one of the best! Getting through the multiple interviews isn't easy but so worth it! Growth isn't comfortable, let's face it. However, at some point, you have to get out of your comfort zone. Trendline makes growth a priority if it is for you. Managers encourage you to take risks so that you push your own boundaries but also our client's boundaries. Growth isn't as scary when you have the right support. Lucky to be apart of such an awesome GROWING team and company!

      Cons

      Since our company is quickly growing (not a bad thing!), sometimes it is challenging to ensure we are all looking and moving towards the same goals and have the people in place to support all the upcoming work coming at us. This is an issue regardless of the company, it is just growing pains and one TLI is handling well!

      - Strong culture - Ability to work remotely - Experienced, knowledgeable and fun co-workers - Interesting clients and projects - Great benefits especially around vacation

      - Need to keep improving infrastructure as the company grows in size - Can feel strapped at times with the amount of work and limited resources
