Remote Workforce The benefits package is extensive with many options Health and Wellness programs are available and supported Diversity and Inclusion is more than a piece of paper its tangible across the organization Employees have a voice and are encouraged to contribute using their voice.

Cons

I dont know that I have found them yet as my journey albeit fresh and exciting the company seems to be addressing the needed aspects of a growing business to be positioned to continue to expand over the next three to five years

Pros

In the fast paced world of digital marketing, Trendline finds ways to value people. Every individual is encouraged to be their best self through training and continuous improvement. Managers are team players that realize individual growth leads to team success. I have worked at Trendline since March, and they have still found a way to make me feel valued and included during a pandemic.

Cons

I would prefer everyone to be back in the office. I WANT to be around these people in person daily. They are awesome.
