      A recent merger brought together three strong independent organizations; bringing these companies together truly created a differentiator in the market. Work from home + flexible work environment The sky is the limit on earning potential. Entrepreneurial spirit and lots of opportunity to own strategic projects Clients are really great. The company has started to be picky about the clients we accept so the work continues to get more innovative New CEO is building a strong vision for the future

      Cons

      Recent M&A activity and growth strategy creates ambiguity. If you're comfortable working in a high-performance environment where ownership of the outcome is metric for success (with a healthy dose of ambiguity) then you won't have a problem. This job is not "cush" - be prepared to show up and be switched on every day. That said, the company is incredibly flexible and family-friendly. High performance with high personal freedom.

      My first day is next week, but I can comment on the interview/hiring process and the people I have met thus far. The interview process took about four weeks in entirety, beginning with a pre-screen phone interview where they ask a few common interview questions, then moved into a formal interview with a few of the senior members in my department, then finished with giving a presentation to the team I would be working with. If it weren't for the kindness and easy-going attitudes from the individuals I interviewed with, I would have been very nervous for the presentation! HR was very communicative/responsive throughout the entire process and overall has been a great experience so far, I'm very excited to be working with such a great team.

      I have had many wonderful, professional jobs and Trendline Interactive is one of the most thorough, organized, professional, inclusive "families" I have ever had the privilege to be a part of.
