      Pros

      - It is a smaller company: very positive, welcoming, and everyone knows your name. (I have never felt like I am just another number which tends to happen in larger companies) - My opinion and feedback is valued and heard - Many opportunities to learn and grow in my career - Working with top talent in the industry

      Cons

      - The Chicago suburbs office is a little far from the majority of lunch places.

      - Sensitive, scrupulous and approachable leadership team - Supervisors are encouraged to be true mentors - EXCELLENT work/life balance - You will learn everything about email marketing, and that is valuable - Friendly, cool, smart co-workers; everyone's a team player - Cultivation of individual interests - Competitive pay and benefits; unlimited PTO and flexibility to work remotely is legit

      I no longer have to work here This company won't exist very much longer I never have to listen to Liz Ross ever again

      Cons

      Is the pay great? Of course not. But is there job security? No. But is the work meaningful? It isn't. But is leadership competent? Also no. Clients leave left and right and a useless sales team can't secure any business. They rebrand more often than I change my socks. SH/FT should drop the F. I liked a few of the people I worked with and will miss them. My experience with sugondese was also lacking.
