      Pros

      - The company truly cares about its people and in maintaining a positive culture. - The company is growing fast and is very healthy. - Enables flexibility in working in an office and working remotely. - Leadership knows what they are doing and leads by example. - Really smart people that get email marketing and digital. - No finger-pointing when something is wrong, rather the opposite of trying to solve the issue with rational critical thinking - very refreshing. - Everyone seems to know how to have fun and maintain a work-life balance. - People work as a team and share a common goal to help our clients succeed.

      Cons

      - None to speak of, honestly, there has not been anything negative about the company so far except for the occasional growing pain.

      Pros

      Growing company with solid resource backing which allows for good job security. Employees are valued and respected. Innovation and ideas are encouraged. High amount of internal advancement.

      Cons

      There have been many changes due to M&A's in past couple of years which is a great thing for the business but it has changed the company from a tech startup to a more corporate feel. This is a natural evolution going from small to large but to me it has lost the family feel that I enjoyed when I first joined the company. I know they work hard to maintain a wonderful company culture but if I'm being honest that is how I was feeling.

      Pros

      Fast Growing. Forward thinking Company. Leadership it thoughtful and tries to remain grounded in the beliefs they started the company. The team is actually quite young with makes adaption and reaction time extremely quick.

      Cons

      With fast growth comes growing pains. Departments are expanding new teams are developed almost on a quarterly basis. Be so young as a company and as a team TLI sometimes lacks the "journeyman" experience needed to mentor teams and department, but TLI knows this and actively tries to adjust and adapt to these needs.

      Hi, Thanks for your review, totally appreciate your honesty and feedback. One of the things we discuss at the executive level is the growth curve and need to mentor others. We are going to Beta a program in Q1 and early Q2 in 2019 and once we get those results, we will likely open the floodgates.
