Not many unless you call the trama bond with coworkers a “pro”.

Cons

Low pay and overworked for the position(s). Competitors pay at or above fair market value for equal positions/responsibilities. A side effect of this company is building a trama bond with your coworkers because of the lack of respect and professionalism among the management/leadership personnel. Retaliation runs rampant if you even dare to question or report management/leadership misconduct. It’s comical that they ask employees to post on these channels and to refer someone to go work for them. How is it that the 7 most recent “positive” reviews comes from HR/recruiters???

Not a con but change comes with growth, if you want to grow this is a great place to do so but that means things are always evolving. If you have a change aversion, this will not be the right environments for you.
