Terrible management- Constant gossip throwing people under the bus by management. Now that the company is planning the go public in a few years all the Executive team cares about is cashing out there big pay day.. Series disconnect between Executive team and Management. Management always talks bad about the Executive saying they have a one track mind and are only worried about one thing.... PROFITS Nepotism runs ramp it through the company. Owner brought in a lot of friends and family members over the years. Tons of favoritism. If you are not part of the inner core you are walking on eggshells all day HR is not your friend... they act like everything is confidential and you can come to them with any problems... Not the case they are PRO EMPLOYER the second you go to them with an issue you have now been put on their radar and will likely follow with a write up down the road.. There is no room to grow they give you big story about the company going from start up to major player in the industry with lots of room to grow and rewards... Those are only for executives they dont offer any stock plan or want the employees to share in the success just to be the grunt workers and help them go public so the EXECUTIVES can cash out..... NEW CEO which will lead them further down the public company road going away from their roots when they started just focusing on cashing out. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The HR department is the equivalent of the list city of Atlantis. They change the schedule, can't get in touch with them, provide no policy guidance, and haven't got a clue that they fired you while you were out on sick leave, or they think you still work there, months after you've quit. Don't even mention the checks. Since I continued to receive emails regarding checks well after I quit,I hadn't seen one payday in 3 months, but one, that they didn't have one issue or another with the paychecks.
