Pros

Unlimited PTO Pet Insurance Games in the main room, and some gym equipment. You can bring your dog to work from time to time.

Cons

1. Hierarchy reigns supreme at this company and they will let you know it right away. 2. Micro-managers (everything you do is documented) 3, You will be trained like a robot to do your work and deviation from their processes is neither encouraged nor accepted. 4. Managers will throw employees under the bus to cover their tails. 5. If you're with the "in crowd" you will be okay, if you're not, watch out for number 3 on this list. 6. Management likes to dangle carrots to make employees work harder w/o any reward at the end. 7. Underpaid for the same positions at similar companies. 8. HR is not your friend.

HR Team, benefits, culture, leaders, turnover, incentives.... PAY. They treat the "customers" so well that they allow them to call in a belittle and berate the ShipMonk employees to the point that they just quit. ZERO support for the employees. The pay is awful and the benefits will cost you half of your paycheck. They just hired a bunch of delegators in HR, so much so that they are looking for people to do the jobs that they were in fact hired to do themselves... just a hot mess. They expect all new hires to be in the office full time while anyone who has been there works remotely, they want to hire people to literally be butts in seats while they work from home
