Pros

Good pay, great benefits. The work itself is very interesting, there is always a new initiative/project. Everyones' opinions are respected and heard and you feel like you're making a real difference in the company. Work/life balance isn't just preached, it's embedded in the company culture. The company truly operates as a team. Incredibly inclusive environment.

Cons

Deadlines can be tight and the work can be stressful. Constructive criticism flows freely. Working at SHQ is not everyones' cup of tea, but there are plenty of perks to make it worthwhile

Pros

I have worked at ShipperHQ for 8 years and seen us grow from strength to strength. If you want to work somewhere that is fast paced, where no day is the same and be part of something exciting then ShipperHQ is the place to come. Pre-Covid no matter what location you worked in there was always the chance to travel and work with colleagues in other parts of the world. A fantastic team spirit.

Cons

Hey this is a fast paced company, so if that is not your bag, then it may not be for you.....

Pros

ShipperHQ is not your typical sales organization, it's a smaller team of people who work together to solve real-world problems for merchants. The CEO is great and very involved in the company. Great PTO policy!

Cons

If you aren't good at self directed learning or find it difficult to grasp more technical concepts, this might not be the role for you. But, if you enjoy really digging in and doing the work, it's a place that will reward your efforts. Sometimes management isn't super clear on expectations.
