Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve to become comfortable understanding everything the product can do. So you need to be prepared to learn a lot.

So I joined the ShipperHQ Team about 5 Months ago as the first SDR for the company. Needless to say there was a lot of work to be done to get the SDR process up and running from scratch. However, the leadership team and team members were second to none as far as support and getting aquatinted with the ShipperHQ Solution. Everyone within ShipperHQ is super supportive and really work hard to make this an amazing environment and company to work for. If your thinking about joining an amazing company, and are looking for a super supportive environment where you can grow professionally while being challenged this is the place for you!

Never a full moment Opportunities to learn different roles in the company to further yourself and/or progress in the same team Other staff members are great to work with and the management are people you talk to regularly, rather than names behind a door

Cons

Being remote has its limitations, often missing out on company activities though during the pandemic all staff are currently remote
