Pros

So I joined the ShipperHQ Team about 5 Months ago as the first SDR for the company. Needless to say there was a lot of work to be done to get the SDR process up and running from scratch. However, the leadership team and team members were second to none as far as support and getting aquatinted with the ShipperHQ Solution. Everyone within ShipperHQ is super supportive and really work hard to make this an amazing environment and company to work for. If your thinking about joining an amazing company, and are looking for a super supportive environment where you can grow professionally while being challenged this is the place for you!

Pros

The leadership team really helps you prioritize work life balance and you’re able to set goals and sprints that are reasonable and achievable. There is always a lot to be done, but you rarely have to work on nights or weekends.

Cons

The turnover rate is a little high. The company could do a better job about retaining talent. Unlike most of the companies I’ve been at that are still bootstrapped, they do not offer equity packages.
