Pros

Where to start, I joined ShipperHQ approximately 7 months ago, and what I've noticed since being at ShipperHQ, is that the company culture is like a big family. Everyone is so eager to help or jump in, passing ideas with the one goal of helping the company grow and thrive. I also love that, every day I come to work, I'm legit helping more and more clients grow their business... it's so awarding!

Pros

Interesting space (e-commerce, shipping and logistics), good engineering and in general good and well intentioned human beings.

Cons

This is a one person show. Lack of trust causes a downward spiral of no délégation, no authority and a purely reactive culture with lots of priority change and unjustified terminations. Disagreeing with the boss is a sure way to get fired more or less rapidly. Don’t think, don’t ask questions and do what you’ve been told is the only management strategy. The management team only consists of folks saying yes and then blaming the failure on somebody else (termination) or simply not learning from the failure (this was the boss idea after all!) and simply waiting for the next crisis and next change of direction to react .

Pros

I have worked at ShipperHQ for 8 years and seen us grow from strength to strength. If you want to work somewhere that is fast paced, where no day is the same and be part of something exciting then ShipperHQ is the place to come. Pre-Covid no matter what location you worked in there was always the chance to travel and work with colleagues in other parts of the world. A fantastic team spirit.

Hey this is a fast paced company, so if that is not your bag, then it may not be for you.....
