Disgusting/Chaotic/Toxic Environment from top to bottom, run away as far as you can

Nothing good I can recall, No structure, no organization, and the place is corrupted from top to bottom. Find something better and save yourself from this madness. I wish I can give 0 stars if possible!

Where the do I start? The list is literally endless, I've worked in other organization in the past that are larger but I have never seen an organization that small that can't keep employees that it hires for a period of time. Everyone that joins is depressed or unhappy due to low wages, standards of work are crap and management goes around screaming we got customers churning left and right, well duh of course? What were you expecting when employers are treated like garbage, un-heard, depressed and just want to yes to everything because you see n the reviews below is true to the maximum levels. Happiness levels there is probably @0% -- no one is happy and everyone is just grateful that they got a job and able to put food on the table. What's really funny is turnaround, from 2020 over 60 (number is probably even higher) people joined and left, and the vicious cycle is endless, they just keep throwing money in thin air and hire, then fire or the person leaving for the sake of their mental health because it will deteriorate in short amount of time -- I've seen people join and leave a day or two and no one tell you the reason why. Don't expect any mentorship or help to understand the product, and if you ask for help, you're told to work harder or lose your job. Forget about your carrier growth there. There is no structure in there and there will never be. I witnessed all kinda crap during my time there, and I'm writing this so that others can see it.
