co-workers are very helpful people generally are easy to work with

scheduling is always a mess. managers always give a whole unit the same days off so u can't switch schedules when needed , little pay, micromanagers are rampant, beware of the co-worker supervisors!

Great work/life balance, somewhat competitive salary, okay benefits. Beautiful new building.

Cons

Bad culture. Team members don’t jive and there is not an “own-it” culture. Backstabbing and nit-picking is accepted. I witnessed several managers treat their employees with blatant disrespect.
