      Absolutely the patients! Ability to make a difference.

      Cons

      Salary. Management. Inconsistent expectations. Micromanagement. Personal dynamics. LONG hours lots of paperwork. Workday is usually 10 hours. Staying late or documenting from home is expected. Leadership feels that the name is worth more than a competitive salary.
