Pros

The people are usually nice.

Cons

You get the same political B.S. as at any other company - minus the willingness to fire people; thus, truly incompetent / disruptive employees are tolerated for far too long.

Pros

Great product, some great people, good perks like free photobooks. Not much work pressure because there is not much to work for.

Cons

Bad HR policy like juniors are hired at higher salary than existing employees, so we have a bunch of new hires pulling higher salary than their supervisors. Management has no respect for your ability and contribution. The technology side is the worst offender. The management team of technolofy side is filled with industry rejects, social rejects and acad failures - completely incompetent. But you will grow fast if you watch soap operas, movies and play video games.
