Wonderful products, therefore lots of customer love Feel good about what you are adding to the world Very smart, creative people, easy to get along with Individual contributors get to drive decisions

Cons

It is a smallish company, in some departments, there is not much room to move up or sideways Smallish product portfolio, work and challenges can become repetitive

Shutterfly is a dynamic company. They stay current with ever changing technologies. the company strives for perfection while keeping in touch with it's associates. They make every effort to support, train, and mentor motivated people.

Cons

Being a dynamic company that is forever moving forward sometimes has it's drawbacks. Better project management and coordination between internal departments would be beneficial.
