Pros

Generally nice people, free drinks, and they bring in lots of lunches.

Cons

Senior Management consistently tolerates poor treatment of employees with little to no recourse. In one case, it took all of one Director's direct reports to quit before they finally fired that Director. On the other hand, they pushed out a Director who was very strong in her role. In that case, her direct reports resigned. Sub-par analytics and reporting infrastructure.

Pros

- collegiate atmosphere. everyone works together and plays together. great friendships. - surrounding by a lot of smart, passionate people - people are passionate about the brand - the founders and senior level execs are friendly and approachable, they really care about their employees - work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

- company in awkward growing stage, trying to figure out who they are - a lot of young employees who wants aggressive promotions faster than they are available - clash between new and older and employees at times - benefits are o-k for the valley

Pros

Perks, benefits and employee recongition activities seem to increase every year. Company has been paying regular and increasing bonuses, stock plans have been delivering great returns! Company weathered the recession well, and continues to focus on internal growth, acquisitions, and investing in high caliber talent (both internal and new hire). Fun place to work where you are not micro managed.

Cons

No 401(k) match. Not strong culture of telecommuting.
