- Great senior leadership, direction, inspiration and accountability - Team-oriented and you really believe that as a start-up, they'd look out for their employees - Growth oriented and talented staff - Fun culture - young but still very family friendly

Cons

- Not the most fun location - would be more vibrant if relocated to the city

Pros

It is full of great people. The founders are real leaders and very inspiring team. Very creative company, it real fun to work here. I like the tiny prints business model.

Cons

Aggressive deadlines, this should be relaxed a little bit since we are now moving from start-up mode to bigger company. They should offer more vacation days.
