Tiny Prints is great!

Food! People that work at Tiny Prints love food. From snacks in the kitchen to Bake Off Competitions. Food is a part of the Tiny Prints work culture.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to see things change. Since Tiny Prints is still a fairly new and growing company there are always changes happening. The changes are always for the good of the company, but personally sometimes it is hard to adjust.

They really know how to take care of their employees. They go through a rigorous hiring process and only pick the best of the best and that is noticeable in the work ethic around the workplace.

Cons

During holiday time, overtime is required for the operations department and it is very stressful not knowing what days one is going to work late because it varies daily depending on the number of orders received.

There is always something new and fun happening to make the employees smile or feel incredibly appreciated for all of their efforts. - The product is amazing; I am so proud to be working for such a personal product and always sharing about Tiny Prints all the time. - The opportunity for personal and professional growth is outstanding; the sky is the limit at Tiny Prints. Someone is always there to help you get where you need to go.

Cons

- You must learn to thrive in an open office environment; there are no other floors besides the one that everyone works on together. It truly is like working on a football field.
