Pros

Very accessible upper management, people care about each other, great work is rewarded, and you can be a star here. The management team really cares about customers, employees, and culture. They lead by example and can be very inspirational. I enjoy working here and look forward to Mondays.

Cons

Not always sure on the business value of projects, easy to get distracted with so much activity.

Pros

I've been at Tiny Prints a little over a year and I've really enjoyed it. I came from a well known valley company and can say the culture is a breath of fresh air. There are definitely issues, mostly related to fast growth and growing pains, but I can say the management here cares about doing the right thing more than any other place I've been (even if they're not always able to do what the masseswould like). The company even paid bonuses this year, in this economy, when my friends at other companies were getting laid off. the bonuses were much smaller than in previous years, but it was the thought that counts. The pay is good. Not great, but fair for a small, privately held company (about what I was getting before at a much larger company). The benefits are very good and the people are great.

Cons

The company is constantly in motion. We're always changing, trying new things, changing old things, adding, removing, improving, deleting. It can start to feel overwhelming and chaotic. I supposed that's part of the culture of "innovation" the management wants, but it often feel reactive.

Pros

TinyPrints outpaces the competition, has a great culture, and is an amalgam of myriad skills and talents. I expect extreme growth from the company and advertise it as my best position thus far.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the sadness that occurs when we run out of my favorite oatmeal or tea. That's about it. Sorry, Cons.
