- An all round great company to work for, everyone is very supportive and friendly from the Senior Managers to your colleagues - Good employee morale in the whole team! Hard work doesn't go unnoticed and even through home-working, fun activities are planned (i.e. quiz nights etc) - Support where needed, the company sent each employee a £200 grant to assist with a home office during working from home during Covid-19 - Although I've not worked in the office yet due to Covid-19, it sounds like a Friday pub sesh is always on the cards! - A bonus scheme even in teams that aren't sales is great, really provides a sense of teamwork and working towards a goal

Like it says in the title, a Genuine Sales Led Organisation A real team culture amongst the whole team not just sales Very welcoming and 'Ronseal' culture, you get what's on the tin! Very dynamic, quickly pivoted to adjust to current C19 crisis A considerable opportunity to earn great money

Cons

Early days, nowhere is perfect but nothing stands out that would concern me.

*Epic growth with lots of interesting and challenging projects to be a part of *Smart and nice people to work with *Lots of fun events and socials *International people and culture *Coaching and training *Language courses *Pet friendly office

Cons

*Many changes currently happening so it can be a bit challenging sometimes *The It support is nearshore (in France not located in London)... can be frustrating sometimes
