The culture of the company remains very French, difficult to adapt to changes and lack of positivity & communication in the work environment.

Pros

The people - really friendly, supportive and smart. The company project "Target 25" tries to involve all of the company and touches every department in some way. It means you can be part of something really exciting where you can get out what you put in. Its an energetic workplace, when the pressure is on, it tackled in a well balanced pragmatic manner. Sidetrade have some great customers that are really interesting to work with. Its very rewarding to provide value to these organisations. New people are joining all the time, bringing new ideas to help the company meet its ambitions. Senior management are very approachable and in most cases, open to new ideas and ways of working.

Cons

Like all small growing organisations there is a lot to do and choosing priorities can be a challenge. The company is growing up and going through tremendous change and this effects people differently. Some processes need updating, especially internal HR and finance related ones. With such a fast paced environment, quality internal communications can sometimes be missing.
