Pros

Good atmosphere in the Dublin office, there's about 70 people so it's easy to get to know one another and we usually meet up after work on Fridays for a beer. We're not a huge company so our roles allow us to interact with other departments and senior employees across all of the offices. It's a good place for people to get experience and work with different cultures. Generally we have the opportunity to travel to meet colleagues in the other offices. We acquired 2 companies in 2016 and launched a new product and there's more potential for growth which is exciting and a great experience.

Cons

Having colleagues abroad can be challenging sometimes in any company.

Slightly outdated technology, relatively frequent internet problems. Occassionally there were language barrier issues between ourselves and the French management.
