Pros

Working at Sidetrade as a Software Developer has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company has a collaborative and innovative environment where ideas are valued. The team is supportive, and I’ve had the chance to work alongside very talented professionals.

Cons

If I had to pick something, I’d say the coffee machine could use an upgrade.

Pros

French people are nice ! New workplace is cool. Regular nice gift when something happen in the company ( chocolate calendar for december, crackers when they bought a new company ) Full remote during covid, but it will probably not last.

Cons

Such a huge legacy burden, like the mother of all legacy project. Don't expect to be raised, you know you are french and just doing this. Huge pressure, and crazy work hour.
