      Pros

      They do pay you, that's about it.

      Cons

      The company is failing and they are looking to lay off anyone they can without it looking like a layoff. Expect random policy changes, to be written up for following current policies, petty actions at all levels of management, and a general lack of concern for anything that does not directly line the pockets of upper management.

      Pros

      Fantastic amount of PTO. It's the only thing keeping me here this long. Great place to get experience as a jeweler. They offer two stone setting course that you are compensated for. Get the experience and knowledge and go.

      Cons

      Upper management will find any way to cut costs. Since I've been working with the company I have seen it go down hill. I have yet to experience a shop where the manager hasn't played favorites for all the wrong reasons. The shop is at the mercy of the stores. They've increased billing goals to unrealistic amounts just so they can deny employees promotions, raises, and bonuses. Meanwhile upper management goes to lavish trips in the Bahamas at the expense of the company.

      Good discount on merchandise Casual dress code (jeans) The employees in the trenches doing the actual work are good people

      Cons

      No innovation - the company wants to keep doing the same things that worked 10 - 20 years ago, but haven't worked for the last 5 years or so. Stuck in a rut. Seemingly incapable to adapting to the changing retail landscape. Upper management is completely tone deaf.
