      You have a job.

      Cons

      You are only as good as your last six month, as nothing else matters. You will probably not be able to afford a home due to the fact that you probably wont be there longer than two years tops. Pressure all the time selling a low quality product that is practically duplicated at all their store. This includes Kay's., Gordon's, Zales, Belden's, J.B. Robinson "Jared's and more. Stop cutting the employees pay. Cut the higher-up's pay instead.

      This used to be a great place to work, it is going downhill fast. Great jewelry discount. Great career opportunities if you are a driven individual.

      Cons

      No work/ life balance. Very high/ unrealistic expectations with not much compensation. The company is currently changing policy on things they don’t need to change, and they won’t listen to the things they need to change. The new commission structure is terrible. Unkept promises, payroll cuts, and unrealistic expectations lead to a frustrating environment for everyone.

      Everything else. Since Signet acquired Zales it has gone downhill. No communication starts from the top & goes all the way down to the leads. Regular employees are thrown under the bus all the time for their lead's errors, serious favoritism in the distribution center.
