      Pros

      Excellent jewelry discount. Great, hard-working people. Lots of opportunity. I think the company is headed in the right direction. Tons of charitable work that isn't publicized.

      Cons

      You will have NO work/life balance. They don't believe in it. Expect to do several jobs but only be compensated for one. This company is the poster child for gender pay discrimination. The HR dept doen't seem to care. Many people who were promoted to executive-level positions are not qualified and do not live the company Core Values.

      Management does not treat entry level employees as human beings...we are cogs in a machine Morale has been low due poor sales and recent controversies

      If you're a jewelry buyer, the employee discount is nice. Casual dress code...if you make a $2 charity donation each week.

      Cons

      Low pay. Low bonus. Sub-par benefits package. Company tries to market itself as a progressive "employer of choice," but it's not. Management has the archaic attitude that your value or level of busyness is measured by the number of hours you're physically in the office. Most of upper management has either literally never worked anywhere else (CEO) or has been here for 15+ years, bringing no outside perspective to the table. Extreme lack of transparency. The unofficial motto of "we're a people company that happens to sell jewelry" is a joke and a thing of the past. Merit increases are laughable. Management does not support growth and development.
