The company's VPs and Presidents are unorganized and uneducated on their teams responsibilities. My role was to be a graphic designer and was more of a production artist. They paid millions to advertising agencies who did medicore work, and wasted their money when they chose not to go with their designs. They would stress out the creative team to make an unreasonable timeline.
