Once hired you will only make .25% commission your first year. That means if you sell a $10k ring you only make $25 which is awful. Industry average is 2-3% or $200-300 for the same sale. They will tell you that you will make more when the store makes it's goal. Good luck this is a 50/50 chance at best as the stores are always given huge and hard to reach goals. If you have management experience and hope to get a store...good luck. You will only quality for advancement is you are making your sales goal. You will be goaled just like senior sales people which are hard to attain. Basically, Signet is getting rich off of your efforts and paying you almost nothing. If you want to make money do not work for Signet.

Complete and 100% demoralizing, de-motivating, and lack of care for personal lives. District Manager and above view all lower positions as idiots who can’t do their job. Get ready to be threatened to be fired and talk down to on the regular.
