      Benefits, paid training at home office

      Cons

      Management will fight promoting you at every possible step (even if you are highest producer in shop like me), will not support or help with claims of harassment from other employees, stores often extremely vindictive and rude to jewelers with no support from managers, poor pay, other employees never held accountable for being late or leaving early, very little or no support from DMs when issues arise and shop is always blamed, ever-changing policies that are never clear, ridiculous rules about using vacation time (that I question the legality of)

      Pros

      Heath insurance is about the only positive thing.

      Cons

      Just about everything. Low wages, understaffed, really really bad management, evil. This place will make you mentally and physically ill. Doctors in the area of home office tell their patience to quit working there because of the stress placed on employees. This place will kill you. This place has a BIG BIG CLAIM out there that has been going on for years.

      You get to leave at the end of the day.

      Management isn't "fresh".There is an internal alliance that has led to HIGH TURN-OVER. Managers act superior in all facets with no shame. Leaders speak to employees like a number and not a human. Good rapport and diligence mean nothing at this company. It's all Diamonds or Dollars.
